在台灣,多數人印象中,房屋仲介公司的接待環境,多為冷色調燈光映照著滿牆擁擠、雜亂的各式證照及買賣資訊;其實這些都無助於客戶對於購買房屋的認知。
蘊致設計團隊認為,與其利用外在訊息凸顯專業形象,不如將專業內化成洽談過程中的引子,勾起客戶想買家的渴望,水泥色系的挑高環境搭配木紋元素舒心自然,可以看見灑落在牆面上的樹冠影子,生命的流動性因為空間概念而具象化,居家環境亦是如此。
購屋不再是冰冷的紙上合約,開放式場域沒有明確的界線,通透的設計帶來更多的想像空間,視覺的交流引領客戶深入思考購屋的重要事宜。
作品成功打破傳統房屋仲介公司印象,帶領企業形象焕然一新,營造出一個充滿人文和憧憬的環境,也賦予中古屋新的生命。
In Taiwan, most people have the impression that real estate agencies typically feature reception areas illuminated by cool-toned lighting, with walls crowded and cluttered with various certificates and sales information. However, these elements do little to enhance clients' understanding of purchasing a home.
The Yun'z Design Team believes that instead of using external information to highlight professionalism, it is better to internalize professionalism as a key aspect of the negotiation process, sparking clients' desire to buy a home. A high-ceilinged environment in cement tones, paired with soothing natural wood elements, allows the shadows of tree crowns to be cast upon the walls, giving form to the fluidity of life through spatial concepts. A home environment should reflect this as well.
Buying a home is no longer a cold paper contract. An open layout without clear boundaries, and a transparent design bring more imaginative space, with visual communication guiding clients to deeply consider important matters in home buying.
This project successfully breaks the traditional impression of real estate agencies, transforming the corporate image and creating a space filled with humanity and aspiration. It also breathes new life into pre-owned homes.
